Christmas 2006

Christmas was good, I thoroughly enjoyed myself through Christmas eve and Christmas day.

Carolling was kinda fun actually, it was RAHRAH with the adults and the kids! The last stop at Aunt Patsy's place was the best man! The food was superduper-licious yummycrazilygood! We feasted and caroled till the wee morning and I returned home to my nest at 3am. TADA! Woke up the next morning to meet dear at Simlim to source some stuff out. After spending his time, it was my time and I decided to watch Night At The Musuem. LOL it was hilarious and refreshing. I rate it .. 4/5 popcorns!

Oh and presents are good! Loads of good and nice stuff from loving people! Thanks all who took and effort to wrap presents and write Christmas cards to me!

Merry Christmas 2006

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

So excited about Christmas (as always) cos of the gifts, and also the entire atmosphere that overwhelms one with warmth and tinkling love. Ahhh x)
Well guess what, I've got Christmas presents for almost everyone in youth, and my hands are aching from all the wrapping and writing. At least I think it's worth it cos I believe that since it's the season for giving, we should jolly well put in some effort and heart in doing so.

Anyway, Meldred got me a very cute rabbit toy (those you wind up and it hops around in circles, just that mine nods its heads vigorously) for Christmas *claps* Oh memories of my childhood resurfaced from the hidden crevices of my mind. And thanks Andy for the hand made keychain that you've made. Simply a creative yet simple piece of art :) Ooh I can't wait for the presents that are coming tomorrow!

Quality Time

I guess sometimes when there is no exchange of words, things get stale and quiet, you think what's going on, the uniterrupted flow of why's and how's fill your mind.

It's such a time when one finally understands what is "quality time" all about.

It does not seek in the pleasure of excessive activity or the fluency or words and expression of speech.

It is knowing that he or she is there, embracing each other's company in the silence, yet knowing all about what he or she is thinking about.

It is the expenditure of time with someone close, someone that means alot to you.

Yes I love that quality time, though far I know you're near.

Light Moment 2006 Part II

Light moment was great, we all did it together. After putting aside all our frustrations, tiredness, impatience, intolerance, discouragements, we finally made the event happen. Not by our own strength but definately by God's. PRAISE THE LORD THAT 5 SOULS ARE SAVED!

Though everyone is worn out now, I know that whatever that we've prayed for, worked together for, planned for has bore fruits tis' very day. It was tiring, but it was worth it. Just imagine, if 1 person comes to know the Lord, heaven will rejoice, I cannot imagine what would heaven be when 5 people know that Lord! Oh thank You Jesus :)

Together

I looked at you when you were angry, and realised I'd still love you ever more when you're cheery, this love smiles with you. The times when you'd fall, I'll offer a hand, the times that you'd cry, my shoulder I'll lend. Though I can't carry your burdens and problems, I'll carry them in prayers.

Yes even when the worlds turn their backs, when no one's on your side, when you're misunderstood, I'd still love you.

Happy Birthday Brother

So full my stomach could explode any minute! My family and I went to eat Tony Roma's just now to celebrate brother's birthday. Oh my gosh, their portions are so so HUGE and so expensive. The total bill for 4 people worked out to be almost 200 bucks. Never going to eat there again, unless some sugar daddy decides to adopt me and bring me to Tony Roma's for all my meals till I grow fat.

Burp!

Prom

Prom was boring. I went there after much persistant persuasion and begging from Sean Goh. Well, the ticket was free, John couldn't make it.
Thanks John.

Perhaps I don't find pleasure and satisfaction in dancing and jeering, spending most of my 'food time' snapping pictures of repetitive poses with friends and classmates. That's why prom was boring. And my table was kinda pathetic, had only 7 classmates and 3 others were friends from other classes. Yeah I felt like an alien or something, sitting on my fence staring at the stage, just eating, and eating and eating. Ignorance is bliss sometimes, or that's just that ugly cover up and self delusion of a needed fact that I need life.

Nah, I have life. I live it differently from the world that's all :)

Well at least my first experience of prom was not so bad after all, everyone looked so handsome and pretty above their suits and ties and dresses, make-up and astonishing make-overs!
