That was when I stumbled across Punggol.org Forum, which is essentially a forum that has different threads for different BTO projects in punggol, as well as other topics pertaining to home, decor, renovation, and other non-related topics such as hobbies, sports, news, classifieds etc.
It is quite comprehensive I might say, as through the reading of these threads in the forum that I managed to find out more about what fellow forumers have to say about the flats they choose, and the different advice they have to give.
More surprisingly, it is through this forum that I've found my neighbor - who booked the unit beside ours. WHAT ARE THE ODDS SERIOUSLY! Ha!
