Alexandra Arch & Forest Walk

 |

(Continued from Hortpark..)

After touring Hortpark, we strolled towards Alexandra Arch! You definitely can't miss this bridge!

Alexandra Arch
Distance: 0.08 km
Walking Time: 05 mins

The bridge, with its curved deck and tilted arch, spans across Alexandra Road like an opened leaf.  On the Hyderabad Road side, the bridge is connected to HortPark - the gardening hub, via the Floral Walk. Near the bridge is Gillman Village, a former British military camp in the early 20th century, is now home to an eclectic mix of restaurants, pubs and art galleries.

At night, the bridge will dazzle with colour-changing LED lights. The lights display will be on between 7pm and 12am daily.

After crossing the bridge, we arrived at the Forest Walk! I have a thing for heights, so people who are afraid of heights, beware! Worst of all, the walkway has tiny slips so when you look down, you can see how high you are above ground! Scary!

Dear ain't afraid of heights!
Any idea how high we are above ground?
Ha this tickles me all the time! You mean they want us to tiptoe through the whole walk?
Part of the walk..
Hey! That's us again!
Seems like "ladders and stairs"

Up next.. Henderson Wave! More next! I promise it will be a view to kill!
