BTO: Punggol Waves

H88 is a website aimed at informing Singaporeans with up-to-date Singapore property news, price movements, upcoming property launches and so on. It is also where honest and objective opinions about key topics like government policies, new private properties and new HDB BTOs can be found.

So ever since dear and I booked our flat on 3oth August 2010, I have been a subscriber of H88.

Recently, H88 published an article of what they thought was the Top 5 BTO (Build To Order) Flats For 2010. As I glanced down the list, I noticed that Punggol Waves, the BTO flat that we've booked, was fourth in the list. Instantly, I felt happy. Fortunate. Blessed.

To be honest, we were not eligible to book a flat at first because our ballot number exceeded the number of flats available in the project. But by His divine intervention, we were not only able to get a flat in a popular BTO project, but one which is located on a high floor.

God is Good indeed! Now with both our Additional Housing Grant and Housing Loan Eligibility approved, we should be receiving the Letter of Appointment to sign the lease soon.

We can't wait!
