I can vividly remember just a few years ago, I was at this stage in maturity where each time I hear a testimony, I would go "wow!" and then I will ask God why was He doing a greater thing or a greater miracle in other people's life and not mine. Call it childish, petty or unassured, when I look back and realized how much my mindset has changed, I smiled.
In then quick reflection, I remembered the verse of how we should be faithful in small things first, then big things.
In the same manner, shouldn't we give thanks to God in both small things and big things? I guess that was why I was complaining to God about how I wish His miracles would be more evident in my life back those years.
Now as I've grown a lil' more, I finally get it. God has been faithful, so great, miraculous all these while, just that I have been so blind to the small things that He has done in my life. So now, I'll look for every opportunity to give Him my thanks, my praise.
Because we can never thank God enough for what He has done.
