Ok, I lied. I did get dear something for his birthday present but it didn't arrive on time for his birthday, and I assumed that is was some spoilt luck that my purchase might just be another online scam.
But today, I arrived home after school to see a parcel lying on my table. Quickly, I tore open the package to find the Apple Store T-shirt I ordered for dear over e-bay!
Now that it has arrived, I feel a tad relieved that at least, I got him a belated birthday present on top of the whole dinner cruise and ice cream experience.
Then again, my relieve might just be premature if I realized that it wouldn't fit him after he has received it.
Oh jolly, I'll cross my fingers and do more deep breathing exercises till I pass it to him on Wednesday.
