Ruby's New Home

Ruby is 7 months old and HE IS STILL GROWING! To accommodate his growth and his active lifestyle, I've finally decided to get him a bigger cage and essentially, make him a happier rabbit.

However, being a student means that budget constraints are tight and therefore, I decided that a good condition second hand cage that is below a $100 would suffice. Fortunately, I manage to find a seller of a 1m long rabbit cage with the power of the internet in just a few clicks.

Immediately, I text the seller to indicate that I was interested in his cage and within the next day, he delivered the cage to my doorstep - Simple is that!


As you can see, Ruby's busy checking out the cage.


And here's Ruby giving me a weird look. Must be the new house that is causing some apprehension.

Well, I'm not sure that he likes it but I think he does because all day long, I hear the sound of Ruby hopping about, scampering, dragging the little "hut" in his new cage etc.. Here's an example:



Hmm. I think with all the leg space for him to stretch and do his routine hopping exercise, he'll be quite a happy rabbit for some time! :D
