Human Reactions

While studying for Production and Operations Management exam, I came across an interesting factor that is part of the Method Analysis procedure.

Human Reactions:

It is the most difficult to study. However, if the study or a particular job seems to lead to unrest or ill-feeling, one should:

a) Leave it alone

b) Continue the analysis after other jobs are tackled successfully and the benefits obvious to all

In my opinion, it's always a tempting choice to leave it alone.
