On the way to work yesterday morning, I saw a dead rat near my house. It freaked me out at first look, but as I stood there and took this photo, I felt a brief moment of grief.
Anyhow, I love how the morning sun shone on it; as if giving this little creature some form of dignity and respect.
I am so loving my neighborhood. :)
