Every time when I'm at home and have lots of time to spare, I find myself with this incessant need to clean up something. I'll either throw away those really old stuff or things I don't want to see ever again, or rearrange stuff i.e. my clothes cupboard.This was exactly what happened yesterday.
As I was on Medical Leave, I had to stay home to rest. But since there was nothing much to do, the muscles in me started twitching. I HAD TO DO SOMETHING!
Immediately, I opened the cupboards, went through all the pile of stuff I had and started putting things in big plastic bags to dispose later. I then moved on to the bags sections, and the clothes sections there after.
After several hours, I stood in my room, soaked in my own perspiration and the stench from my body odor, feeling so much healthier from a great "workout".
You can call me cuckoo but I do enjoy the satisfaction from clearing stuff, throwing away things, and sweating it out; all at the same time.
