Like all birthday celebrations with a cake, Happy Birthday song, and cheery moods, my brother had his mini birthday celebration at home but with 2 mini log cakes instead - Green Tea flavor and Chocolate flavor.
So we sang a Happy Birthday song, and dad played a few pranks on my brother by asking him to pick up the candles from the cake using his mouth, and biting 20 (either small or large) bites of cake to indicate his twentieth birthday.
But it was only yesterday night that we had a birthday dinner at Sushi Tei, located at Tampines One Shopping Centre.
Honestly, I've never been a Japanese Food lover. The raw and cold taste, the queer and exotic flavors, and the seafood are what turns me off sometimes.
But since majority voted for that, or rather, since my brother wanted to eat that, then I went ahead with the flow.
So my parents and I ordered individual portions and side dishes to share. Unfortunately, I didn't have much appetite so I was full within twenty minutes.
However, I did enjoy the Ice-Cream, which I thought was very cute and tasty considering the fact that I rarely eat Vanilla Ice-Cream.
All in all, I guess everyone enjoyed their food, especially my brother. That's all that matters anyway, since he's the birthday boy. :)
