After meeting up our (dear and I) friends and doing some shopping at Carrefour located at Suntec City, we headed for a late dinner at Swee Choon Tim Sun.

At first, I was a little skeptical of the place as dear and I were pretty hungry. To our surprise, they do actually serve noodles and rice (what I call as normal meals) and without further hesitation, dear ordered his favorite Fried Rice and I ordered Beef Ramen.
Actually, the dish that dear ordered is Shrimp Fried Rice, and I managed to try a little. Honestly, I thought that the Fried Rice from those typical Sze Char Stall tastes better. It's a tad dry, and lacks the "wok" taste. (It's usually a tinge of burnt taste; I think)
When my Beef Ramen arrived, I knew that I'd enjoy my dinner. Indeed, it was true! The beef wasn't too tough to bite and chew on, the noodles were bouncy and the soup was delicious!Apart from the main dishes, dear also ordered their Steam Egg with Chicken (which I didn't manage to try) and their Herbal Jelly, which tasted pretty alright.
That said, I wouldn't mind returning to this place for their Ramen and Dim Sum again though I feel that the prices are comparable to Hong Kong Cafe; which may be a bit pricey.
