Recently, dear has taken on a healthy lifestyle by jogging twice to thrice a week, and playing badminton with his dad and dad's friends on alternate Thursdays.
I however, have been busy juggling with work and studies and so I keep procrastinating about embarking on a healthy lifestyle. So imagine this scene: dear is at home doing his static exercises, while I swivel in his roller chair and binge on potato chips (with heavy eyelids) while watching a show through his laptop. How ironic is that! A healthy boyfriend with an unhealthy girlfriend? You bet I was a little ashamed and embarrassed.
So I decided to do something out of the ordinary today. Yes, I decided to start jogging! Despite not exercising for god knows when, I was glad that my first run was pretty ok though my timing was a tad slow.
But hey, at least I took that step and am running towards a healthy lifestyle. Are you?
