Stumbled across the carcass of this dead bat in a plot of soil just outside the office door of my workplace.Strangely, peace and curiosity filled my senses instead of morbidity. I'd usually irk and shun away, but this time, I ended up going closer towards it and eventually taking a photo of it.
Funny how we get reminded of the fragility of life and the reality of death in such manner.
