Food Therapy

 |

Have been feeling quite burdened and stressed lately, and I honestly can't pinpoint the cause of it.

Perhaps exams are in 3 weeks, or because school schedule has been pretty hectic. I really don't know. But it's that irritating, unsettled, and restless feeling that is lingering inside me, causing me to be easily irritable, dull, and listless.

So far, retail therapy seems to be working. But my bank account begs to differ.

And hence I've resorted to food therapy, just like the home-made banana split chocolate ice-cream above. Well, I reckon this is a better alternative to retail therapy considering the fact that these foods are usually inexpensive and many have commented that my body can take it anyway.

True enough, eating these sweet delectables really do cause a spike in my endorphins, causing me to lick my spoon and say "aaaahhhh.."

Guess that's why people call it 'comfort food'.
