Grace Said.: There And Back

Within a few days of dear's arrival from Jakarta, he had to fly to Penang for an urgent callout.

But such trips are usually short, which is a good thing. Regardless, I've always picked him up at the airport. It's my way of showing care, support, and well.. the mushy thing called love.

So dear arrived back in Singapore today Terminal 2. Usually I've always made it early. This time however, I was punctual and he arrived a bit earlier so he ended up waiting for him instead.

We then headed to Swensen's for my dinner, and that's where I tried out their BBQ Chicken Burger with fries. The fries were pretty good - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken was pretty hard nonetheless, and as usual, I wasn't able to finish the bread patty.
