After a good night rest, dear and I headed to the Cafe by the beach to grab some breakfast before moving off. To our surprise, we saw other Kruzers there having breakfast too! FYI - We didn't plan to have breakfast together. So it was quite surprising to see fellow members in the same breakfast venue. We thought most of them would have skipped breakfast and met at the reception instead.
Before moving off, we decided to take a group picture and hence, 22 bikes began to line up neatly for a group shot. After moving off and traveling for 2 hours or so, we finally arrived at a local coffee shop for lunch. Too bad, I didn't take any pictures at this place.
To curb the Afternoon Sleepy Syndrome (A.S.S) from lunch, Isaac brought us to the beach, where some of the bikers took the step of faith and rode in the sand.
Well, dear was no exception. Cautiously and carefully, he paddled his bike down the sandy slope and afterwards.. TADA! There we are with the boldor on the beautiful beach.
Soon the dark clouds hovered above us and we quickly left the beach and hit the roads. By then, it was soon to be sunset. Love how the warm golden rays of the sun shone through the green foliage as the riders rode through the winding trunk roads!
At about 8:45PM, we arrived at Kluang to have dinner. As usual, we had Steamed Fish, Stir Fried Noodles, Braised Bean Curd, Vegetables, Cereal Squid etc..Well, this goes to show that we really know how to appreciate good food!
After a hearty and satiating meal, we stopped by our second last petrol stop to refuel before riding back on the North South Highway.Here's a picture of us, with grins and glee. Needless to say, dear and I enjoyed ourselves, the company, the food, and last of all, the ride.
