The Ramen Experience

 |

One of the woes of being a part time student is that you don't get to mingle with your classmates after night classes because you are simply too exhausted and the only thing you'd want to do is to go home.

Today however, I got a chance to mingle with my classmates after our tutorial classes, which was close to 6PM and coincidentally, all of our tummies were growling. After several suggestions, we decided to have dinner together at Ajisen.

I must admit, it was my first time eating at Ajisen. So with the suggestions from my friends, I decided to give their Nan-Kotsu Ramen a try. To be honest, it tasted pretty nice at first. But as I ate more and more, I felt that it was a tad salty.

As I ordered the Ramen set, which included a free soft drink and a free side dish, I ordered Fried Tofu for my side dish. Disappointed that this wasn't as what I expected, I barter traded my Fried Tofu for my friend's fried White fish, which tasted pretty good.

Warm and slightly crispy, the Fried White fish quickly became my one of my favorite dishes.

Regardless, I enjoyed my ramen experience truly and wouldn't mind coming back again to try out other dishes. Till then, I'll rate it 3 out of 5 stars!
