Despite my disinterest in Japanese food, I attended a dinner event at Kuishin Bo today.
Initially, I had my qualms about whether I would enjoy the food. But the event organizer was pretty sure I would like it. So with her confidence and recommendation, I decided to give japanese food yet another try.
Arriving at Kuishin Bo, I quickly liked how quiet the restaurant was. Perhaps it was a weekday night, hence there wasn't much of a crowd.
After settling down, I walked towards the buffet spread, and that's when I realized how different the food is in Kuishin Bo. Well, no doubt it's still Japanese food. But the way it is displayed and presented looks absolutely mouth-watering.

Within the first round of food, I actually turned to the event organizer and agreed with her that I do like Kuishin Bo after all.
What can I say.. the food's good and the ambience is nice. Probably the price is above average. Regardless, I'll definitely bring my folks here the next time round!
