Inspired by Isaac's culinary skills, dear decided to cook an Aglio Olio Pasta with Ham, in attempt to emulate one of Isaac's dish that dear really likes.
It's pretty tasty, I must say! Despite being a little soggy, it was actually very flavorful and for that I give a thumbs up!
With home-cooked food, beer, and the company of a love one, it's no wonder my head and stomach was warm and fuzzy wuzzy. You might say that's it the effect of the alcohol, but I'm pretty sure it's something called love.
